The film, “Triangle of Sadness”  may have been awarded the coveted Palme d’Or at the two week 2022  Cannes Film Festival but here are some floral fashions that won from our judges.

After all, these awards shows are also opportunities to showcase fashions as well as films.

Sharon Stone never disappoints and once again relied on Dolce Gabbana for a unique floral experience. The additional skirt was Hollywood glam for sure but when taken off, the dress with its ocean blue and ivory colors could be worn for any special occasion.

Didi Stone created a stir by wearing this inventive Roberto Cavalli dress that was part gladiator part modern chic. Certainly eye-catching. Not sure where you would wear it outside of an awards show, but it is a piece of art.

Ethan Torchio, an upcoming actor who is starring in the Elvis movie, wore a floral fabric suit. We just want to give him a shout-out because we are seeing more men wear florals proving that mining the beauty of nature is not gender-specific. This black, grey, and white suit was so stylish and pleasing to the eye.

Anne Hathaway keeps it simple. Just loved this floral ensemble. Sparkly but chic. This ensemble was designed by Louis Vuitton.

Jessica Wang wore this pretty gown by @nicolasjebrun. It was a custom couture design and had glamour but also femininity. Loved how the flowers were like sprays of blooms delicately sweeping throughout the dress.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan went for drama. It kind of looked like a beauty contestant dress with the draping but the bold big three-dimensional flowers shifted it into a modern look as did the unconventional sleeve.

Alessandra Ambrosia wore this beautiful Elie Saab dress that looked like pink flowers that came pouring from the sky and landed on the dress.

Meanwhile, there won’t be any major fashion events until the Emmys in September so just enjoy wearing floral fashions this summer. After all, this is high season for floral fashions and only until recently did designers realize that by changing color palettes, floral fashions could be popular for every season.
