Jason Wu is doing flowers. The fashion designer has teamed up with 1-800-flowers for Wild Beauty, an elegant collection of bouquets inspired by his sleek and sophisticated runway looks.

Wu is perhaps best known for having outfitted Michelle Obama for her two inauguration balls including her show-stopping one-shoulder, white chiffon number for the 2009 event, which he has called ‘the best experience of his life.’ Wu also created many other looks for her throughout her time as First Lady, when she was known for bringing a renewed sense of vigor to fashion at the White House.

Now he’s bringing that sophisticated and feminine touch to flowers.

With names like ‘Citrus Crush’ and ‘Watercolor Chiffon,’ the five bouquets of Wild Beauty—Wu’s first collaboration with a floral brand—embody the design talent’s urbane aesthetic.

“Playing a role in the intimate decision of what one chooses to wear each day is such an important part of what I do,” said Wu. “To extend this concept to the graceful details people bring into their homes is an honor.”

The collaboration is particularly meaningful for Wu because of his lifelong love of flowers.

“Floral elements continuously inspire me and have been a consistent theme throughout my entire career,” he said. “I’m thrilled to celebrate the beauty of flowers in this new and special way.”

The gathered arrangements include freshly cut roses, gerbera daisies, mini calla lilies, and sunflowers and you can either have them arrive in a signature gift box or in a galvanized flower pail.

As an added bonus, When you purchase a bouquet, you’ll also get behind-the scenes-footage from Wu’s Spring ready-to-wear show and a 3D preview of the bouquets. You’ll also have access to digital ‘thank you’ notes whereby bouquet recipients can instantly connect digitally with the sender.

Best yet, the blooms are selected from eco-friendly sustainable farms so, these are bouquets you can feel good about!
